The Skill: Knowledge feature in Feedloop AI allows you to enhance your AI agent's capabilities by adding valuable knowledge resources to its knowledge base. This knowledge base empowers the AI agent to provide more accurate and relevant responses to user queries, creating a smarter and more helpful virtual assistant.
Login to your Feedloop AI account.
Navigate to the dashboard or workspace.
Select the desired project that contains the AI agent you want to customize.
Locate the agent within the project and click on its settings or configuration.
In the Agent Settings, you will find a section for "Skills." To enable the Skill: Knowledge feature for your AI agent, follow these steps:
Click on the "Add Skill" button.
Choose "Knowledge" from the available skill options.
The Skill: Knowledge is now enabled for your AI agent.
Once the Skill: Knowledge is enabled, you can start adding valuable knowledge resources to your AI agent's knowledge base. You can link external resources, such as PDF directories or other relevant content. To add knowledge resources, do the following:
Click on the "Add Knowledge" button within the Skill: Knowledge feature.
Select the appropriate resource directory, such as a PDF directory or other relevant content.
Your AI agent now has access to the knowledge contained in the linked resources.
To provide a tailored experience for your AI agent, you can customize the knowledge base by managing the resources and adding or removing knowledge items. This allows you to fine-tune the information available to your AI agent, ensuring it responds accurately to user queries.
If you want to temporarily disable the Skill: Knowledge feature, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Skills section in the Agent Settings.
Locate the Skill: Knowledge and use the toggle or settings to disable it.
The Skill: Knowledge is now disabled, and your AI agent will not utilize the knowledge base.
If you wish to remove specific knowledge resources from your AI agent's knowledge base, follow these steps:
Access the Skill: Knowledge feature in the Agent Settings.
Identify the knowledge resources you want to delete.
Use the "Delete Knowledge" action to remove the selected resources.
