What is a People?

Access management in Feedloop AI is the process of controlling who can access various features and information within projects. This system is managed by different administrative roles to ensure proper control and organization:

  • Workspace Admin Role: Only users with this role can create, delete, and rename projects. Workspace admins are responsible for overall workspace management.

  • Project Admin Role: Only users with this role can invite others to a project. Project admins manage specific projects and the users within them.

  • Platform Master (Super Admin): This role can create workspaces and assign workspace admins. The platform master oversees the entire platform, ensuring that workspace admins are appropriately assigned and that they can effectively manage their respective workspaces.

In the "Account Type" tab, you have the ability to finely customize and manage various account types tailored to your organization's requirements. Here's a detailed guide on creating and managing account types:

Creating an Account Type

Add Account Type:

  • To initiate the creation of a new account type, locate and click on the "Add Account Type" button, typically positioned prominently within the interface.

  1. Create Account Type Form:

    • Name:

      • Provide a descriptive name for the account type you're creating. Choose a name that clearly reflects the role's responsibilities within your organization, such as "Project Manager," "Data Analyst," or "AI Specialist."

    • Access Permissions:

      • Define the precise access permissions for this account type. Tailor the permissions to align with the responsibilities and tasks associated with the role. Consider the following aspects when defining access:

        • Roles and Permissions

          Super Admin Role

          • Description: Full access and control over all platform features and functionalities.

          • Permissions:

            • Manage users

            • Manage projects

            • Manage AI agents and sub-agents

            • Manage app deployments

            • Access all reports and analytics

            • Access platform settings

          Workspace Admin Role

          • Description: Manages the overall workspace within the platform.

          • Permissions:

            • Create, delete, and rename projects

            • Manage workspace settings

            • Assign Project Admin roles

          Project Admin Role

          • Description: Manages a specific project within the platform.

          • Permissions:

            • Invite users to the project

            • Manage users within the project

            • Manage agents within the project

            • Manage app deployments within the project

            • Access project-specific reports and analytics

          Agent Developer Role

          • Description: Responsible for creating and training AI agents within a project.

          • Permissions:

            • Create and edit AI agents

          App Developer Role

          App Editor Role

          App Viewer Role

          • Description: Has read-only access to specific app deployments.

          Monitoring Viewer Role

          SRAP Composer Role

          • Description: Customizes SRAP features.

          • Permissions:

            • Activate SRAP

            • Modify Retrieval Skills

            • Modify Action Skills

          Service Account Admin Role

          • Description: Manages service accounts within the platform.

          • Permissions:

            • Access the list of service accounts

            • Regenerate and revoke token access

            • Update service account settings

            • Delete service accounts

          Task Creator Role

          • Description: Manages tasks and defines criteria for tasks within a project.

          • Permissions:
