Files Document Monitoring is a feature within Feedloop AI platform that enables users to manage, analyze, and track PDF documents related to their deployed applications. This feature provides a centralized space for users to analyze documents that are pertinent to their performance analysis and monitoring efforts. keep track of documents, such as reports, logs, or other data, associated with their AI-driven interactions and applications.Key functionality of the Files Document Monitoring feature includes:.
Document Information: Essential information about each uploaded document is captured and stored. This information includes document name, source application, conversation name, upload status, total pages, and size.
Document Display: The uploaded documents are displayed in a tabular format with organized columns showcasing document information, such as name, app, conversation, status, pages, and size.
Analysis and Insights: Users can analyze the details of uploaded documents to gather insights and information related to their deployed applications. This analysis can assist in performance monitoring and decision-making.
The table's layout is designed to provide clear and organized information for easy analysis.
After logging in, click on the "Monitoring" tab located in the sidebar.
Within the "Monitoring" section, you will find options for "Performance" and "Files."
on section "Files" click “Document” to access the Document Monitoring feature.
The document table displays essential information about the uploaded PDF documents.
Columns in the table include:
Document Name: The name of the PDF document.
App: The application from which the document originates (e.g., web app).
Conversation Name: The name of the conversation in deployed app
Status Upload: Indicates the upload status of the document (waiting,in prgres,ready).
Total PDF Pages: The total number of pages in the PDF document.
Size (KB): The size of the PDF document in kilobytes.
Use the search bar to search for documents by their names.
As you type, the table dynamically updates to display matching results.
Apply a filter to narrow down documents based on the associated application (app).
Select an app from the filter dropdown to display documents from that app.
Navigate through multiple pages of chat records using pagination controls.
Adjust the number of records displayed per page using the dropdown option.
