## What is Resource?

**Resources** in Feedloop AI is designed to help users manage and access various resources needed by Agents for seamless integration with company resources. This feature provides a centralized location to store and manage different types of resources relevant to the company. The primary resource types supported are documents (PDF), websites, and connected database via Data connector.<br>

## Resource Guide

### Accessing Resources

To access the Resources feature and manage your folder resources, follow these steps:

* Log in to your Feedloop AI account.
* Navigate to the Resources tab.

### Adding Resources

To add resources to the platform, perform the following steps:

* Click on the "+ Create Resources" button.
* Choose the type of resource you want to use (document, data connector, or website)

**PDF and website resource act like a folder.** You can add more than one file into it. Your agent will use this "folder" as a reference for their knowledge. So, organizing your resource is key to successful agent.

### Deleting Resources

* To delete resources, follow these steps:
* Click the three dots actions for the resource you want to delete.
* Click the delete icon to remove the resource.
