Advanced prompt

After your PDF documents has been uploaded, you need to analyze it first (it's like your AI is "reading" all facts from your documents). To make our platform understand more precise about what your documents are, you can prompt additional info using our Advanced Prompt.

Advanced Prompt feature within the Document Resources section. This feature enables users to experiment with custom prompts, generate facts, refine facts, and analyze the entire document. This user manual will guide you through the process.

Accessing Document Resources

• Navigate to the "Resources" tab.

• Click "Document Directory" to access your documents.

Document Directory

• Select a PDF document for which you want to use the Advanced Prompt feature.

Experimenting with Custom Prompts

• After selecting a document, click "Experiment."

• Input a custom prompt (test prompt) in the designated field.

Testing Prompt

• The system will generate facts from the document based on your prompt.

Facts Generate

• You can refine generated facts or proceed to analyze the entire document.

Analyzing the Whole Document

• To analyze the entire document, click the "Use for Analyzing" button.

Analyzing Result

• The system will analyze the entire document for additional information.

Analyze Status

• The results will be available in the "Analyze" section.

Document Summary

• Navigate to the "Analyze" tab.

• Here, you will find the document summary and all facts generated for each page.

Facts Example

• The summary provides a concise overview of the document's content.
