To add resources to the platform, perform the following steps:
Click on the "+ Create Resources" button.
Choose the type of resource you want to use (document, data connector, or website). In this case, we will upload PDF file as our knowledge.
Select "Document" as the resource type.
Create a name for the document folder to help users identify the knowledge that will be used in Agent settings.
Click the "Upload File" button to initiate the upload process.
A modal will appear, allowing you to drag and drop your PDF file into the upload area.
Select and drag the PDF files you want to upload to the Resources.
If you accidentally select the wrong PDF file, click the delete icon to remove the file.
Click the "Save" button to upload the PDF file. To discard the PDF file, click the "Discard" button.
Check the status of the resources upload. If the files are uploaded successfully, the file's status will be "Uploaded"
Uploaded PDF file needs to be analyzed to be used as your agent knowledge.
Think of it as if someone bought a book and stored it in their library. It doesn't mean that they had already learn from that book.
