## What is a Project?

A project in Feedloop AI is a collaborative space where team members can work together on specific tasks, features, and goals. Projects facilitate organization, communication, and efficient management of resources. Within a project, users can manage multiple conversational agents and tasks, enhancing the scope and impact of their AI solutions.

### Creating and Managing Projects

#### Inviting Users to a Project

* **Workspace Admin Role**: Only users with the workspace admin roles can create,delete and rename project&#x20;
* **Project Admin Role**: Only users with the project admin can  can invite others to a project.

#### Adding, Renaming, and Deleting Projects

**Adding a Project**

* Access the Workspace Dashboard: Navigate to the projects section from the main dashboard.
* Create a New Project: Click the "New Project" button.
* Enter Project Details: Provide a name, description, and other relevant details for the project.

**Save and Create**: Click "Save" to create the project.

**Renaming a Project**

1. **Access the Project Settings**: Open the specific project you want to rename.
2. **Edit Project Information**: Click on the project name or use the "Edit" button.
3. **Enter New Name**: Provide the new name for the project.
4. **Save Changes**: Click "Save" to update the project name.

**Deleting a Project**

1. **Access the Project Settings**: Open the specific project you want to delete.
2. **Delete Option**: Click the "Delete Project" button.
3. **Confirm Deletion**: Confirm the deletion when prompted. Note that this action is irreversible.

#### Access and Permissions

* **Role-Based Access**: The view and actions a user can perform within a project depend on their assigned role. For instance, project admins have full control over project settings, while other roles have more limited permissions.
