What is a Project?

A project in Feedloop AI is a collaborative space where team members can work together on specific tasks, features, and goals. Projects facilitate organization, communication, and efficient management of resources. Within a project, users can manage multiple conversational agents and tasks, enhancing the scope and impact of their AI solutions.

Creating and Managing Projects

Inviting Users to a Project

  • Workspace Admin Role: Only users with the workspace admin roles can create,delete and rename project

  • Project Admin Role: Only users with the project admin can can invite others to a project.

Adding, Renaming, and Deleting Projects

Adding a Project

  • Access the Workspace Dashboard: Navigate to the projects section from the main dashboard.

  • Create a New Project: Click the "New Project" button.

  • Enter Project Details: Provide a name, description, and other relevant details for the project.

Save and Create: Click "Save" to create the project.

Renaming a Project

  1. Access the Project Settings: Open the specific project you want to rename.

  2. Edit Project Information: Click on the project name or use the "Edit" button.

  3. Enter New Name: Provide the new name for the project.

  4. Save Changes: Click "Save" to update the project name.

Deleting a Project

  1. Access the Project Settings: Open the specific project you want to delete.

  2. Delete Option: Click the "Delete Project" button.

  3. Confirm Deletion: Confirm the deletion when prompted. Note that this action is irreversible.

Access and Permissions

  • Role-Based Access: The view and actions a user can perform within a project depend on their assigned role. For instance, project admins have full control over project settings, while other roles have more limited permissions.
