The Analyze Card enables users to perform data analysis by setting specific conditions and defining analysis rules. This card is particularly useful for generating descriptive or customized analyses based on user queries and presenting these insights within the conversation interface.
Go to Agent Settings and navigate to the Cards tab.
Click Add Card.
From the list of card options, select Analyze.
The Analyze Card will now appear in your Cards section.
Enable the Card by clicking the Enable toggle button, making the card active and ready to perform data analysis.
Open the Analyze Card in the Cards section to begin configuration.
Define Condition:
Specify the conditions that will trigger the Analyze Card. For instance, the condition could be based on keywords in the user's query.
Example Condition: "when user asks about analyze of workload employee in 2020"
Set Analysis Rules:
Define how the data should be analyzed when the condition is met.
Example Analysis Rule: "Please create descriptive analysis of employee workload for 2020."
Employee Workload Analysis:
Condition: If a user query includes keywords like “analyze employee workload for 2020,” this triggers the Analyze Card.
Analysis Rule: The rule could instruct the AI to perform a descriptive analysis, summarizing tasks assigned and completed by each employee.
Expected Output: The analysis is displayed in chat as a summary, providing insights based on the defined rules, such as "In 2020, employee workloads varied by month with X tasks assigned and Y tasks completed."
